If you’ve been playing Sailor Piece for more than a few hours, you already know the struggle. You’re trying to find that one quest NPC to push your level forward, or you need the Slime Key Crafter but you can’t remember which island it’s on. I’ve been there. I spent way too long running in circles until I finally mapped out every single NPC in the game.
This guide breaks down every Sailor Piece NPC location by function — quest givers, weapon sellers, Haki trainers, mastery NPCs, crafters, and more. Bookmark this page. You’ll come back to it.
Quest NPCs are your main source of Gold, Gems, and EXP as you level up. Each one covers a specific level range, and you’ll hop between islands as you progress. What surprised me was how non-obvious some of these locations are — a few NPCs are tucked behind tents or sitting on cliffs you’d never think to climb.
| NPC | Quest / Level Range | Island & Location |
|---|---|---|
| Quest NPC 1 | Thief Hunter (Lv 0–99) | Starter Island — straight from spawn, under a tree |
| Quest NPC 2 | Thief Boss (Lv 100–249) | Starter Island — right of the spawn point |
| Quest NPC 3 | Monkey Hunter (Lv 250–499) | Jungle Island — left of the wooden bridge |
| Quest NPC 4 | Monkey Boss (Lv 500–749) | Jungle Island — on a cliff behind red tents |
| Quest NPC 5 | Desert Bandit (Lv 750–999) | Desert Island — right from portal, near docks |
| Quest NPC 6 | Desert Bandit Boss (Lv 1,000–1,499) | Desert Island — next to dinosaur skeleton |
| Quest NPC 7 | Frost Rogue Hunter (Lv 1,500–1,999) | Snow Island — follow left edge from portal, under a tree |
| Quest NPC 8 | Winter Warden Boss (Lv 2,000–2,999) | Snow Island — top of the last mountain |
| Quest NPC 9 | Sorcerer Hunter (Lv 3,000–3,999) | Shibuya Station — straight from portal, first right |
| Quest NPC 10 | Panda Sorcerer Boss (Lv 4,000–5,000) | Shibuya Station — straight from portal, second right |
| Quest NPC 11 | Hollow Hunter (Lv 5,000–6,250) | Hueco Mundo — left from the teleport portal |
| Quest NPC 12 | Strong Sorcerer Hunter (Lv 6,250–7,000) | Shinjuku Island — near the Set Spawn crystal |
| Quest NPC 13 | Curse Hunter (Lv 7,000–8,000) | Shinjuku Island — by the broken building on the left |
| Quest NPC 14 | Slime Warrior Hunter (Lv 8,000–9,000) | Slime Island — forest area on the left side |
| Quest NPC 15 | Academy Challenge (Lv 9,000+) | Academy Island — inside the castle, near left wall |
| Cupid | Kill 350 NPCs / Play 30 min / Find 3 Love Pieces | Valentine Island — next to giftboxes near the portal |
| Demonite Core Quest | Find 2 Demonite Fragments | Academy Island — left side of island, near the water |
Note: You need to complete the Demonite Core Quest before you can spawn the Anos boss. One fragment is on a branch near the Academy Island spawn; the second is on the tower of the castle building.
There are three types of Haki in Sailor Piece, and each trainer lives on a different island. Don’t sleep on these — Haki makes a real difference in how fast you clear enemies and bosses.
| Trainer | Haki Type | Island |
|---|---|---|
| Haki Trainer | Armament Haki | Snow Island |
| Observation Haki Trainer | Observation Haki | Desert Island |
| Conqueror Haki Trainer | Conqueror Haki | Shibuya Station |

Melee trainers teach you fighting styles, which are core to any strong build. A lot of them are on rooftops, so you’ll need to jump or use mobility abilities to reach them. I missed the Gojo Trainer for an embarrassingly long time because I kept looking at street level.
| Trainer | Fighting Style | Island & Location |
|---|---|---|
| Gojo Trainer | Gojo | Shibuya Station — rooftop of the building with a red billboard |
| Sukuna Trainer | Sukuna | Shibuya Station — rooftop behind the Enchanter NPC |
| Yuji Trainer | Yuji | Shibuya Station — rooftop to the right of the portal |
| Qin Shi Trainer | Qin Shi | Boss Island — left corner |
| Alucard Trainer | Alucard | Sailor Island — near the water in the left corner |
| Strongest of Today Trainer | Strongest of Today | Shinjuku Island — rooftop, last building on the left |
| Strongest in History Trainer | Strongest in History | Shinjuku Island — rooftop of the broken building on the right |
| Madoka Trainer | Madoka | Valentine Island — far end from spawn |
| Gilgamesh Trainer | Gilgamesh | Boss Island — on top of the giant hand statue |
| Anos Trainer | Anos | Academy Island — on the castle roof |
Some NPCs sell swords outright for currency; others craft them from materials. Here’s a clean breakdown of where to find every weapon seller.
| NPC | Weapon | Island & Location |
|---|---|---|
| Katana Seller | Katana Sword | Starter Island — straight from spawn, on your left |
| Dark Blade Seller | Dark Blade | Snow Island — right side from portal, on a cliff |
| Ragna Sword Seller | Ragna Sword | Snow Island — right corner |
| Jinwoo Trainer | Sung Jin Woo Sword (crafted) | Sailor Island — right corner |
| Aizen Seller | Aizen Sword (crafted) | Hueco Mundo — left corner |
| Ichigo Seller | Ichigo Sword | Hueco Mundo — right from portal, then left |
| Shadow Seller | Shadow Sword | Dungeon Island — top of the chamber, left corner |
| Shadow Monarch Seller | Shadow Monarch Sword | Dungeon Island — top of the chamber, right corner |
| Rimuru Seller | Rimuru Sword | Slime Island — right corner |
Mastery NPCs buff your weapon damage and unlock the F Skill for certain swords. You need to own the relevant weapon (or have the required trait) before they’ll give you quests.
| NPC | Buff | Island & Location |
|---|---|---|
| Ragna Master | +35% Ragna Sword Damage (5 quests) | Snow Island — right corner, standing in the water |
| Aizen Master | +30% Aizen Sword Damage (5 quests) | Hueco Mundo — right corner, on a cliff |
| Shadow Master | +30% Shadow Damage + F Skill (6 quests) | Starter Island — left corner, on a cliff |
| Shadow Monarch Master | +30% Shadow Monarch Damage + F Skill (3 quests) | Starter Island — right corner, on a cliff |
| Rimuru Master | +30% Rimuru Damage + F Skill (3 quests) | Slime Island — left corner |
| Shrine Domain Mastery | +30% Sukuna V2 Damage + F Skill | Shinjuku Island — second floor, broken building on the right |
| Infinity Domain Mastery | +30% Gojo V2 Damage + F Skill | Shinjuku Island — second floor, broken building on the left |
These NPCs turn raw materials into boss-summoning keys, domain shards, and more. Knowing exactly where the crafters are saves a ton of wasted running around mid-grind.
| NPC | Function | Island |
|---|---|---|
| Slime Key Crafter | Crafts Slime Key (2× Slime Shards) | Slime Island |
| Divine Grail Crafter | Crafts Divine Grail (3× Broken Sword) | Boss Island |
| Babylon Key Crafter | Crafts Babylon Key (Servant Race + 100× Broken Sword + 5× Golden Essence + 2× Phantom Core) | Boss Island |
| Shrine Domain Shard Crafter | Crafts Shrine Domain Shard (6× Cursed Talisman + 2× Infinity Essence) | Shinjuku Island |
| Infinity Domain Shard Crafter | Crafts Infinity Domain Shard (6× Energy Shard + 2× Cursed Flesh) | Shinjuku Island |
| Gem Fruit Dealer | Fruit roll — 50 Gems per spin | Sailor Island |
| Coin Fruit Dealer | Fruit roll — 15,000 Gold per spin | Sailor Island |
| Enchanter | Enchants Accessories | Shibuya Station |
| Stat Reroll | Rerolls stats for Gems | Sailor Island |
I realized the Divine Grail Crafter and Babylon Key Crafter are both on Boss Island, which makes it efficient to handle your boss prep runs all in one stop.
Farm keys on Shinjuku Island. The Quake Fruit’s C skill can wipe both Strong Sorcerer and Curse enemy packs at once, making it one of the fastest ways to stack Boss Keys.
Use private servers when boss farming. Open-world bosses respawn every five minutes, so a private server lets you rotate the circuit (Shibuya → Sailor Island → Hueco Mundo → Valentine Island) without interference. Most bosses also have a built-in pity system — you’re guaranteed a rare drop every 25th kill, so plan your grind around it.
Don’t skip Mastery NPCs. A +35% damage buff sounds minor until you’re trying to one-shot high-level enemies. Get the Ragna Master and Aizen Master quests going as soon as you have those swords.
Check the Dungeon NPC at level 5,000. The Dungeon Island NPC kicks off a questline that requires six puzzle pieces and 25 boss kills. The pieces spawn in fixed locations for all players, so you can collect them in a single run.
The first two Quest NPCs are both on Starter Island. Quest NPC 1 is straight ahead from spawn, standing under a tree, and covers levels 0–99. Quest NPC 2 is to the right of spawn and covers levels 100–249.
There are three Haki Trainers. The Armament Haki Trainer is on Snow Island, the Observation Haki Trainer is on Desert Island, and the Conqueror Haki Trainer is at Shibuya Station.
The Anos Trainer is on the roof of the castle on Academy Island. Before you can actually spawn the Anos boss, you’ll also need to complete the Demonite Core Quest on the same island to unlock Calamity Seal drops.
Most of the early Melee Trainers are at Shibuya Station, specifically on rooftops. Gojo Trainer is on the building with the red billboard, Sukuna Trainer is behind the Enchanter NPC, and Yuji Trainer is to the right of the portal. Late-game trainers like Gilgamesh and Anos are on Boss Island and Academy Island respectively.
The Demonite Core Quest NPC on Academy Island gives you a quest to find two Demonite Fragments. Completing it unlocks Calamity Seal drops from NPCs, which are required to summon the Anos boss.
The Divine Grail Crafter is on Boss Island. It crafts the Divine Grail from three Broken Swords, which you then use (along with 500K Cash and 500 Gems) to summon the Gilgamesh boss.
You need to reach level 5,000, then talk to the Dungeon NPC on Dungeon Island to start the questline. After that, collect six Dungeon Pieces scattered across the map and defeat 25 bosses. Once that’s done, you can enter dungeons using Dungeon Keys, which drop from world bosses and chests.
